Our facility
One roof, every stage
Our manufacturing facility is organised into designing, manufacturing, testing, warehousing, and packing divisions, each equipped to keep production moving at pace. Modern, high-speed machinery runs at a production capacity of 2,000 MT per annum.
A team of experienced professionals runs each division, with the machinery maintained in its proper place for storage. Dispatches go directly from the factory.
Our process
From raw material to finished roll
- 01
Procurement and incoming inspection
Films, foil, adhesives, and inks are sourced to the product's specification and checked on arrival.

Printing
Your artwork is printed on the chosen substrate, matched to the approved design.
- 03
Lamination
Two or more substrates are bonded with adhesive into a multilayer structure, with aluminium foil wherever extra barrier is needed.

Curing
Laminates are cured so the adhesive reaches full bond strength before conversion.
- 05
Slitting
Reels are slit to the width, length, and core size your packing line runs.
- 06
Pouch conversion
Where required, laminate is converted into pouches and other finished formats.

Quality inspection
Each batch is checked against the agreed specification before it leaves the floor.

Packing and dispatch
Rolls and pouches are packed, labelled, and dispatched to schedule.
